John and I are sitting here checking out older posts.  Man, Rowan was little!  Now he’s leaving to start watching another episode of “Chuck”… whew.  Sometimes I stop to think about the fact that we’re married and I smile every time.  It still occasionally feels a bit surreal.  I’m so lucky to have him…

Anyway, since last post a few big exciting things have been underway.  John and co. are in the serious planning process to get BackflipFilms up and running for a wholehearted try.  I finally got a job interview after many applications.  Rowan is a happy almost-8-month-old who can role just about anywhere.  Treadmark has perfected the “I sound like a crying baby” meow that makes us do a double-take at the monitor when he begs to be fed for the evening.

December was fun but also very long and tiring.  January has proven to be much more laid-back.  We got a new (to us) dining room table and hutch off craigslist and plans to eventually install a fireplace are in the mix of house-related things.

I can’t wait for the snow to melt and summer to get here.
